ALB-STAR Ltd, was established in 1995 in Fier, where continues to exercise its main activities. Increasing market demands for engineering services and construction, had an immediate Impact in this company, which was followed by the opening of the new offices in Tirana in 2003.

ALB- STAR Ltd is one of the biggest companies in Albania in the field of engineering services, especially in hydraulic works, such as water supply, sewerage, monitoring and control systems, river protection; in transport infrastructure, such as roads, highways, bridges and other importantworks, in environmental protection, such as waste water treatment plants, ecological pits, in mechanical industry, such as manufacture of metal tanks, manufacture of metal structures, mechanical works for the oil and gas industry, pressure retaining vessels.

The company operates and provides services in special works; micro-tunnels, geomembrane welding and etc, compounded of specialized staff and haing the revelant equipment..

The company is also specialized in the field of the design of civil and industrial works. ALB-STAR Ltd has expanded its operations throughout the country,Tropoje, Kukes, Lezhe, Rubik, Elbasan,

Pogradec, Berat, Vlore, Korce, Gjirokaster, Himare, Sarande. Now, it is also present in of water supply.

During these years of its activity, the company has worked mainly in the implementation of projects financed by World Bank, German banking group KFW, Phare Program, Albanian Development Fund, Dutch government, Italian Cooperation, European Delegation etc. Meantime, at the list of fulfilled works, successfully completed by the company, are not missing projects financed by the Albanian government.
