The head of the Technical Committee of Experts, prof. Mira Rakacolli has indicated that the Technical Committee of Experts proposes the closure of the activities of bars and restaurants and the restriction of movements after 22:00 to 06:00 in the morning.
"Restriction of movement from 22:00 - 06:00 throughout the country, with the exception of movement for work reasons, health emergencies or urgent needs. The activities of bars - restaurants are prohibited from 22:00 - 06:00 (except for the delivery service ", said Prof. Rakacolli.
The head of the Technical Committee said that for the public administration it is recommended to work from home, in accordance with the safety protocols.
“Smart-working for public administration (according to the specifics of the sector) in the implementation of security protocols. "Exceptions are the structures providing services by implementing security protocols.
These measures will take effect on Wednesday 11 November and will last up to 3 weeks. The measures will be reviewed weekly depending on the situation and the dynamics of events.
